After x3 weeks of contacting trying to get my booking date changed, the dates were auto selected and I did not realise until I completed my booking. I immediately contacted on the same night I booked to try and get this rectified. I received no call back and no emails, after waiting for x3 days. So I called and went through the route of wanting to book and I was finally able to get through to someone. Spoke to advisors who said they’ve raised my request someone will be in touch within 24-48hrs, no one got back to me. I called up again they said they’d escalate for me, still I received nothing but confirmation emails. This went on for x3 weeks until the wrong date of the booking arrived and I called again only to get an email after my call telling me about their no refund/amendment policy. I was so livid, the biggest mistake I made was not reading the reviews. Don’t fall victim like myself, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! I’m sorry but the company/agency sucks their service is completely and utterly rubbish, disgraceful even. I’ve literally been dragged me along for x3 weeks thinking they would help my situation but clearly I was being fooled.
