When you phone them and try and cancel they need a specific registration number that they have never sent you. I’m out over $500.00.
They are the worst company. Booked a hotel through them and couldn’t make it because I ended up in the hospital. They refuse to refund and I had to go through my credit card. They responded saying it was non cancelable and I’m out $1700. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM. Read other reviews about how shady they are! Beware!!
If you use this site, I would advise calling the hotel you booked from several days prior to your reservation to make sure they have a reservation available under your name. Unfortunately, we just relied on the communication from the website with confirmation email saying that there should not be issues with checking in. However, upon arriving to our hotel, there was no reservation. After three hours of back-and-forth with the company, they could not make a reservation for us. They instead offered us a reservation at another hotel, which was actually less than the cost of the amount we paid them. So essentially they were giving us something worse for what we paid for. And this is comparing prices if we directly booked without alternative hotel. So full price was cheaper than what we paid. WHAT A SCAM! We had to cancel our reservation, get a refund, and immediately find another Hotel. To say the least, this was infuriating.
On Monday, I was informed that my round-trip flight (Wednesday–Monday) had been canceled and rescheduled to Thursday–Tuesday. Within an hour, I contacted TRAVELURO to request that my hotel reservation be moved by one day (more than 48 hours before check-in). They told me my case would be handled by a specialized agent, who would call me back within an hour. That call never came. On Wednesday, I started calling TRAVELURO at 9:00 AM and continued until 2:30 PM. Every time, I was told the agent was busy and would call me back within 15–30 minutes. At 3:42 PM, more than 30 minutes after my original check-in time, they finally emailed me saying they couldn't process my request. During all those calls, I also spoke with the hotel, and they confirmed that TRAVELURO had never contacted them. The hotel even reached out to TRAVELURO on my behalf to try to help. In the end, I had to ask the hotel to check me in as if I were already there, lost the first night of my reservation, and had to book an extra night at the last minute because my return flight had also been delayed. I have saved all emails and records of my phone calls. Keep in mind that I also purchased their booking protection. Never in your life use TRAVELURO.
Bullshit. Closest thing to a SCAM accepts your payment and reservations and do not show the hotel that you paid. They don’t send whatever from there end then the refunds takes weeks when it’s your hard earned $$$

Booked a room, and after turning up at hotel found room was on a completely different day and non refundable. Thankfully Hotel agreed to transfer booking fee. Avoid.
1 star since no stars is not an option. A complete scam and rip off organization. DO NOT USE! Pre-paid significantly more than the rate quoted by the hotel at check in. They made the reservation but it was not communicated as paid in advance. Fortunately the hotel was diligent in following up with the company so I was not charged twice.
These people are absolutely crooks. I had a bad experience at the resort the resort identified there was a problem and agreed to give me a refund 100% yet since I booked through this shyster company I had to go through them to get my refund and they just can't process this. Standing standing behind that they have a no refund policy I'm telling them the resort already said I get a refund why is this a problem but likely I will still be out the money because their crooks do not book with them do not book with them do not book with them

Had to correspond through email for nearly a week just to cancel a hotel stay! My Cancellation period still had 3 months left to cancel for a refund! There should be no reason to do a simple cancellation in one email! They also wanted a reason for cancellation. That's actually none of their business. It's MY right to cancel regardless of the reason! I actually felt like I'd been scammed! I will NOT be doing ANY bookings with them EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
Beware of the bait and switch! Never using this site again. I used Google for cheapest available date for a specific hotel, it came up the cheapest for the night. It sent me this 3rd party site Travelero. I verified my date was correct then when to booking page, on the booking page it does not show dates of your stay, this is intentional, or so it seems. I proceeded with booking only to get an email that I booked for a week after my specified date. I had to re-book through the hotel and lost the money for this booking. Horrible experience, zero stars. Scam

All the bad reviews are true, I experienced the same lies every time I called and tried to get help concerning my reservation. They took me through this whole runaround when I tried to change a reservation. Family health emergency was not enough for them to escalate this. Worthless customer service, I would not recommend.

I booked a two night stay so I could be close to family during a fairly critical family emergency. I showed up to my hotel on no sleep in 40+ hours, and really just wanted an hour of peace and a shower. Nope. Reservation wasn't there. Call traveluro. I get no answers. Nothing from their customer service insofar as help goes. Plenty of bad attitudesand a complete unwillingness to even try to resolve the situation. To this day I haven't recieved a "why" they didn't book the room, nor the payment back. I don't know if they are even ligit. I don't see any positive reviews.

We had a confirmed booking, but when we arrived at the resort after a long day of travel, we were told our reservation had been cancelled. The biggest issue was that we were never properly informed by either the hotel or Traveluro before arriving. We were left without accommodation late at night and had to spend hours waiting for a solution. Traveluro support kept saying the team was looking into it, but there was no quick resolution. We were told relocation would be arranged, but later we were told we had to contact hotels ourselves and find our own accommodation. This caused a huge amount of stress, wasted time, and completely ruined our vacation plans. A travel company’s responsibility should be to support customers when problems happen, not leave them to handle everything on their own. A refund alone does not cover the inconvenience, extra stress, and disruption caused. Very disappointed with the customer service and how this situation was handled.

I just showed up to the hotel they cannot find our reservation today is June 20 2026 I make the reservation over 2 and a half hours and in my truck waiting on customer service to pickup the phone, these people scam me of my money how government make it so easy for people like this to gain such an access is this what our taxes are use for?
