I found a really good deal for my hotel at Super.com and I was delighted. My room was great and the communication I received I was as required. I would definitely check with them when I'm booking a stay another time.
1 click from google search straight to super.com and everything straight forward until your confirmation. No obstacles for me personally. I just followed the instructions on the screen.
What attracted me was the rate. I was bit worried when I booked the hotel through the site, it was not clear enough with the discount and the rate. But , its was genuine, perfect. When I went to the hotel ( called them before as well) it was there waiting for me. Very good and excellent choice.
What a scam. I got re-directed from Trivago with a discounted rate. I filled in the needed info, then the booking disappeared and then it gave my me a much higher price. Then the chatbot said you need to call but I am in Europe and the lady on chat could not help me, bad service. She even could not look up the price, I don't believe that.
Broken elevator. Everything else was just fine.
Super provided the best price of all the third-party booking companies. I saved 160 on my booking! They were easy to work with, sent a PDF of the confirmation within minutes, and I had no problems at check in. Thank you Super.com!

Easy booking
Used this website for the first time this week for an airport hotel booking in Oslo. Price was significantly cheaper than the usual websites so worth taking a risk with an unknown brand. In actual fact the whole experience was very smooth and seamless. Will definitely use them again.
This site had everything written in detail. It was easy. The only thing was I saw it said there is a charge for breakfast and then it said free.

I made a mistake on the dates on my hotel. And it turns out if you prepay your reservation there’s no refund! So now I’m out $300. What a scam!!!!

I don’t even want to give them a star. I didn’t realize when I was booking a hotel room this was a 3rd party booking. Now that I mixed up the dates I needed for a room. They claim I won’t get a refund. So you just take my $104.60. Seems like FRAUD. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
