Zero stars - but that isn't possible - Denied promised refund
Zero stars - but that is not possible. Misleading checkout and bait-and-switch tactics – Denied promised refund I booked a non-refundable hotel room through Super.com because I was explicitly promised a Super+ membership and a cashback refund during the checkout process. When my hotel booking went through, the system stated they could not activate my membership – but they still kept my money for the hotel. This is pure bait-and-switch advertising. I only made this booking because of the promised refund. I have contacted their chat support, and they refuse to take responsibility or credit the promised amount manually. Misleading and terrible customer service. Avoid this platform if you expect them to honor their own terms and promotions. They claim I can join the membership now and earn cashback on my next booking, but I refuse to do so as I have no trust in them after this experience. Again, I did everything right -their system failed - and they do not want to solve it. It makes me wonder if this really is a system fault, or something done on purpose by Super.com to trick people into booking

Unable to get through to Support, just AI responses
I accidentally booked the hotel room for the wrong night. I realize this months before the correct booking. I tried to reach out for support via emails that were not responded to, as well as calling in. After waiting in the queue twice to talk to people, my call was disconnected both times when somebody “picked up.” I don’t plan to use super again. The AI responses have clearly been more thought out, but sometimes when a customer just wants to talk to a live human being, even if there’s gonna be a long wait, that should be an option that doesn’t take jumping through over 10 minutes of hoops to get to.

Having used AI to generate a list of providers I selected Super.com and the booking process was very easy. The rate for the property was excellent. Well done SUPER

Horrible experience
Horrible experience in a life threatening situation. Hotels.com and booking.com both helped me out in 10 minutes, but with super.com i am still waiting to get help. A hurricane is hitting our place to stay in Japan, and our flight has been canceled. We spoke to our hotel and they said bc if this they will gladly cancel and refund, but need super.com to facilitate this. But there is no way to contact super.com. The sweet staff st the hotel in Ishigaki even tried doing it for us, but could not get in contact.. Can you please help cancel and refund, as has already been agreed w the hotel??? Such a poor service :-(

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! We arrived late at the hotel which couldn’t find our reservation. No one answers the phone and of course they claim a non refundable policy. RUN AWAY

You forced extra money out of me that i did not want "cash back" stuff. I hope you didn't cheat me on the AARP thing - I am already a member - I decline your offer - send me the total for the hotel room only - thats all i want - email to me the total

The room was the worst one. Luckily, an agent gave us a better room the next day for the rest of our stay. It would've been really nice if Super dot com would've sent me a "reminder" email within a week of the trip. I had to search and search to remember Super.

Simple, easy, low cost room!
I’ve used a lot of third party booking sites but was not familiar with this one. It was all very easy and the rooms we booked were fantastic. The pricing was way better than other sites, too.
