To my surprise … it's legit
To my surprise (I'd never heard of these guys before) the booking was legitimate and accepted be the lovely hotel I booked through them. Their messaging warned me that it could be several hours before the hotel saw my booking but I talked to them just a few minutes after and they had already recieved it! Good job Super even though I've never heard of your brand ever.
Always travel with Super!
My wife and I have been traveling with super as our base for the last 5 years. There's no one else I would go to. These folks are right there for you if you need the easy to contact, and I don't work for them but I'll promise you that you will not find better prices for deals than you will find here at super. Thank you folks you are definitely the best!

Was easy to book through Super, even though I did not have an account to begin with. And the price was better than any of the other sites offered (including the hotel itself).

Best price and seamless process.
I hadn't even heard of Super.com prior to encountering it on a Google search. I was very pleased to have the lower price compared to other services I commonly use. The process was clear, seamless, and provided everything I needed at check-in. Thanks. Bookmarked an will check each time now.

These losers never even booked the room…
These losers never even booked the room i booked 6 months before the trip i took. I got to find that out at the hotel i was supposed to have a reservation at. The supposed “instant care” or whatever they claimed to be called me from India 3 hours later to apologize but did nothing for me. Luckily the hotel uses better humans and gave us their best price which was double compared tonwhat i paid super.com and last room avail. Now im waiting for reimbersement which im sure theyll need help from my bank to do. Total scammers. Dont but anything from them!

Super.com is how I book most of my travel. Efficient, low-cost, and their reviews are accurate. I've had problems with other booking sites misrepresenting properties but not Super.com and for that reason, I keep coming back. Five stars

Renaissance stay…
Each time I stay at the Renaissance Hotel, it is fantastic. Friendly, courteous staff, the property is beautiful, pricing is great. All my needs are met with each stay. There is one thing I miss, since COVID, they do not have the bell hops/bus persons available anymore. Those guys were the highlight of my stay. They were helpful and had you laughing. Love this hotel.

Ripped off
The website went to a blank page when confirming. After several minutes with no sign of advancing I went back a page to try again. After getting a confirmation online I checked my email to find double reservations. I contacted Super only to be told they could do nothing but to contact the hotel instead. The hotel - local and corporate - stated they could do nothing but to contact Super. My first contact with Super took over an hour on hold. Now I'm back to wasting my time hoping Super will deign to answer again. The bottom line is Super wants me to pay nearly $300 for a room for which I would have paid $190 direct. I will fight that tooth and nail, but I never should have been asked to pay for their lousy website's mistake.
Booking was easy
Booking was easy. Price was unbelievable! Timely confirmation received prior to travel. I was very concerned about the quality of the facilities because of the discounted price but was pleasantly surprised upon checkin.

I am usually not a third party user but had a last minute need. Super.com made it easy with the full amount due for the hotel available at search and it didn’t change at booking.

Easy check-n, issue with check-out
Easy to use. No issues with check-in. However, my daughter (same last name) checked in on same day, different time, different cc. Her reservation ended a day before mine. When she checked out, hotel claimed my room was also checked out. They called us both when they realized there was still stuff in my room. When I showed them that my confirmation from Super.com, included the extra day, they stated that reservations from Super.com get tied together by last name and check-in date, causing the error. Stress I did not need on the weekend of my son's wedding.

Great alternative to Booking
As an alternative site for booking hotel rooms Super dot com was perfect. I needed a one night stay at a hotel near Heathrow T5 and Super delivered big time. The booking process was simple, the price great, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Definitely a challenger brand to the leader and one I’ll keep in my shortcuts for the future.

Very straightforward booking and no hassle payment

Great stay and perfectly located to so many venues.
Had a great experience staying here. It was clean, comfortable, polite staff and great distance from allot of great venues. Only thing that caught us off guard was the cost of parking per day...and unfortunately no way around it.
