These losers never even booked the room i booked 6 months before the trip i took. I got to find that out at the hotel i was supposed to have a reservation at. The supposed “instant care” or whatever they claimed to be called me from India 3 hours later to apologize but did nothing for me. Luckily the hotel uses better humans and gave us their best price which was double compared tonwhat i paid super.com and last room avail. Now im waiting for reimbersement which im sure theyll need help from my bank to do. Total scammers. Dont but anything from them!
