0* If possible. Paid upfront with Super.com, who never released my payment to the hotel, so I had to pay again direct to hotel. Attempts so far to contact Super.com via phone & livechat have proved fruitless (livechat customer service is appalling). I would avoid at all costs.
I've used Super.com before and has no issues. This time, I booked a hotel and was charged on my credit card for Super.com, but the hotel never received the payment. There was no indication that it was prepaid, and the hotel is asking for payment. I was on hold with Super.com for over an hour and a half a couple of days ago before hanging up. I'm on hold with customer service again as we speak. It's already been over thirty minutes. Customer service is useless, and their booking error has cost me over $200. I will never use them again.
EDIT: I was able to get in touch with Super.com, and they are escalating the issue to their third-party supplier. I'm changing this from one to two stars because some action is being taken, but I've wasted hours of my life on the phone with customer service for an issue that never should have happened.
This company completely ripped my family and me off. They advertised a price of $474, plus a $15 resort fee for the stay. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were charged over $109 in additional fees that were never disclosed to us.
When we contacted customer service, they did not resolve the issue or make any effort to correct it.
If you want to be overcharged and surprised with hidden fees, book through Super.com.
I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
I went on the website and tried booking a hotel. It said $334. Nowhere on the website or checkout did it say I needed to change anything to Canadian Dollars. It legitimately looked like I was paying $334 until I hit book and I get a notification from my credit card company saying Im being charged $481 because its American dollars. So I call in. 45 minute wait to talk to someone. They say a supervisor will call me back. Nobody has. I provided screenshot that proved I was never once shown that I would be paying $481. It always says $334 with 0 option of changing from US to CAN currency. Nobody to talk to to resolve this as a supervisor has not called me back and Im supposed to check in the hotel soon. Extremely frustrating paying so much more than I was shown and being told "no refunds!". Im a canadian booking a canadian hotel...why would I ever think this would be in USA dollars?
It said unable to process payment so I backed out of the site. I used another 3rd party to book my room only to find out at my check in that super.com had billed me also. No cancelation so I'm just out the money for a reservation that it said originally could not be booked. I won't be using super ever again!!!
