There was not a inside and outside pool…
There was an inside and outside pool advertised but there was only an outside pool. The hotel had no real lounge area. There was also no where in the hotel to eat, therefore I was forced and ready to checkout one day early.

Really friendly staff as always and very helpful! We got a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Couldn’t recommend the place more for our 2nd visit.

Although the rate was good when I booked, I was not booked for the proper room when I arrived and didn't end up getting the room that I paid for. We ended up disappointed in the hotel and the booking.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I would never book through Superdotcom again. We arrived at the hotel only to be told there was no reservation under our name. The hotel asked us to contact superdotcom directly. After spending time with customer support, the only option they offered was to cancel the booking and wait 3 days for a refund. There was no effort to arrange another hotel or provide an immediate solution. It was almost 11 PM, we were far from home, and our entire trip was ruined because of this. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting them again through chat and phone for further assistance, no one responded. A booking platform’s job is to ensure reservations are honored or to help customers immediately when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, it failed on both counts. I would strongly recommend booking directly with hotels or through a more reliable platform to avoid this kind of stressful experience. Very disappointing.
