Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I would never book through Superdotcom again. We arrived at the hotel only to be told there was no reservation under our name. The hotel asked us to contact superdotcom directly. After spending time with customer support, the only option they offered was to cancel the booking and wait 3 days for a refund. There was no effort to arrange another hotel or provide an immediate solution. It was almost 11 PM, we were far from home, and our entire trip was ruined because of this. To make matters worse, when I tried contacting them again through chat and phone for further assistance, no one responded. A booking platform’s job is to ensure reservations are honored or to help customers immediately when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, it failed on both counts. I would strongly recommend booking directly with hotels or through a more reliable platform to avoid this kind of stressful experience. Very disappointing.
