Super easy inconvenient great deals are always offered
Worst experience.
We booked a hotel almost 8 whole months in advance, only to be told not even two weeks out that the hotel won’t accommodate us. I have a feeling it’s because we went through Super and didn’t book directly with the hotel. We were emailed alternative options, chose a new hotel, and were told to wait for confirmation 24-48 hours. When we heard nothing and called Super customer service, we were put on hold for almost three hours total, and talked to a real person for maybe 15 minutes. They informed us that we were sent an email saying they hadn’t heard from us and cancelled/refunded the booking. We never got this email. We were put on hold AGAIN. A literal hour later we talked to new person who told us that cancellation was sent to Super from the hotel, not sent to us. If we hadn’t called, was anyone going to even follow up? It was like they were confused about the job they do. We were told they will find us ANOTHER new hotel. We waited a full day, no update- so we call back, and now they say all the hotels are booked. Terrible experience. This is causing us to scramble at the last minute and is ruining what should have been a fantastic and stress free experience. I can’t believe we booked MONTHS in advance to prevent this from happening and it happened anyway because of this awful service. NEVER book hotels through third party booking services. Lesson learned.
Rates are very often the lowest…
Rates are very often the lowest available at the hotel. We have never had an issue with the reservation at any of the hotels we have booked. Site is easy to use. Just be sure to make sure you are checking all the correct boxes so you get the rate you are expecting.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was. I was unfamiliar with this vendor so I am always a little shy, but I decided to give it a try and it was great.

Using super.com was sage and worth it
The price i received using super.com was a great discount. I wasn't sure if I could trust the site but all my feats went away when I contacted super.com with a minor issue that they resolved. My stay at secrets went well and I would use super.com again in the future.

booking it was good, check in at site was not. no check in information prior to getting to site. had to call help number to get code information to get into building and into room...

Super.com is super frustrating and…
Super.com is super frustrating and infuriating! The app was forever getting confused about where I was in the world, prompting the US profile I had while in America, every time I was in London, England! Also my transactions at the beginning, and then thereafter, would all be in USD so a nightmare when claiming accommodation costs when it had to be in GBP! They used an older US address prior to where I resided last in the US, Super.com continually refused to update the billing address! In addition they also point blank refused to convert the said accommodation charges from USD to GBP which was the right thing to do. They also randomly, without my permission, decided to automatically take the monthly membership from my bank account. I promptly reported the attempted fraud to my bank. I was told by 'Abdul' on a call, that I could transfer any remaining credits to my bank account, which also mirrored my research on Google. This failure to transfer my funds, without any real help from Super.com has left me furious. It's not a lot of money owed to me, it's the principal. I will NEVER use and or recommend Super.com again!

The hotel was great
The hotel was great. Customer Service was great. Location was great. However, I was quite surprised to get an extra bill from the property for about $65 for "resort fees" I just wasn't expecting that. AND I told them I had no use for the spa, the pool or the exercise room. Left a bad impression.

The hotel price was good
The hotel price was good. I had no issues with the reservation.
Non responsive
Super.com has been nearly impossible to reach. The hotel already issued a refund due to a bug issue, but Super.com still hasn't refunded my money. It's been almost two weeks, and I haven't received any response despite multiple attempts to contact them via email. When calling via phone the line keeps getting dropped. This has been extremely frustrating. I will never use Super.com again.
