Fast booking for home when traveling
It is my first time to book hotel on Super. Com. Fast easy and I hope to use it again.
The hotel is located in a great area
The hotel is located in a great area, and the facility overall looks nice. However, I was shocked by the level of housekeeping service. The room was not clean enough that I had to use my own bed covers. Furthermore, the bathroom was so disgusting that I had to go downstairs and report the issue to management. This was very disappointing and far below the standard I expected.

A great price easy reservation smooth check-in. However, just to let you know Mandalay Bay sent me to a Sister hotel when I got there. That was unacceptable because of the class of the hotel. I called Mandalay Bay check-in and they immediately rectified the situation.

Easy process
Very reasonable price for the hotel, especially on a weekend. Easy booking process and checking in was a breeze too, no additional taxes or fees beyond parking, which we knew about beforehand.

Fantastic Experience

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! Avoid!!!!!! Took my money for a hotel room but the hotel NEVER received the booking and told me they were fully booked, AND that they had nothing to do with this company! How can they advertise a property they don’t have any authorisation to take bookings for?! SCAM! Had to do chargeback with my bank to recover money!!!!
