Bad experience
Bad experience, staff are very lazy. They don’t respond to guess from the room. You will have to come down to meet them before your needs are met. They didn’t clean the room until you checked out even when I went to them to request for a towel after the third day the still didn’t provide. I was left with the towel I met there the first day I got there. And I spent two nights there. I will never lodge there again

Easy to use the web site to book; great to pay upfront and not at the time of checkout. Great discount; passed the site on to a friend that received a discount on a hotel booking.

The hotel staff were excellent,
The hotel staff were excellent, the room was a bit dated and could benefit from some upgrades, the lounge and bar area nice and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate, however, only one coffee machine working, the other was out of service. If I had one criticism, it would be the breakfast finish time on weekdays was 09.30 😔 Overall it was a pleasant experience, and location was very central to shops and restaurants

Short business trip. Overnight stop. No issues. Comfortable room with large bed. Clean and comfortable.
I thought I had a 10% off coupon but…
I thought I had a 10% off coupon but when I went to use the one from Retailmenot it had been used too many times. My husbands code was actually the same as mine, so no 10% off. Not worth staying paying $15 a month for the rate either to EVENTUALLY get the $14-$15 off for the room. Overall the rate I paid was the same as Priceline and other third party companies. And, I would have gotten 5-8% off on Retailmenot or top cash back. This booking on Super.com totally did not work out for me. Never again.

Quick and easy to book on short notice
Quick and easy to book, had rooms available at good pricing that weren't available elsewhere. Needed a room on short notice on a busy long weekend and Super.com was a great choice.
My flight was cancelled due to a job…
My flight was cancelled due to a job action. (No fault of mine). I purchased cancellation insurance and I submitted a claim to re-imburse my hotel fees. This claim was denied by the claim insurance company because they probably deny all the claims or make it impossible to get your money back. I did contact the hotel with 24 hours notice to let them know I wouldn't be using the room. This allowed the hotel to still use the room for someone else. This was not because I had to, it was because this is the right thing to do. It is too bad that Super.com and their fraudulent insurance company couldn't also do the right thing. I filed a BBB complaint on Super.com. I am also going to blast them on social media. Their cancellation insurance, (that I paid extra for), is a complete scam. Horrible service and a complete waste of money ever using this service. I am so glad you asked for this review, however I doubt anyone will ever see it.

Stay away from this site
Stay away from this site, very Bad customer service, if you have any issues you will not get any results. Had a reservation with Holiday Inn Express, Canton, MI. (very bare bones highway place) Had to check out day early because bath floor flooded and no hot water at bath sink. Got run around for days, Super.com said its HIE issue, HIE said its Super.com issue. either wanted to help or refund. HIE told Super.com I didn't check out early and wouldn't refund the one day. Will never use Super.com again or stay at another Holiday Inn Express again. Be careful! Super.com was on Expedia's site, but Expedia wouldn't help at all with Super.com. Buyer Beware!

Great price and a simple booking process. The site was a little pushy with the subscription offers, especially for a first-time user. I purchased the refundable option for an additional fee, and the cancellation deadline was clearly shown before completing the booking

I usually use another Booking.com site to book hotels but the price on Super.com was much lower including breakfasts. It was easy to book and paid on my credit card no problems at all. Very happy will use again 😍
