Booked my Holiday Inn Ashford Kent…
Booked my Holiday Inn Ashford Kent through Super.com. Got it at over £15.00 cheaper than the official website and all other websites. It also included breakfast. A really nice hotel offering a lovely room and a really nice fresh breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Nad I'll have no hesitation in using Super.com in the future.

I attempted to cancel the reservation…
I attempted to cancel the reservation two days in advance. We had a serious home fire that caused us to change our plans and were unable to make this trip or hotel stay. Now to get a refund, which I have sent all the insurance details including Insurance co., claim number, date if incident, etc., etc., I have requested a refund and to date no response.
