The hotel was awesome
The hotel was awesome! Very friendly, spoke very good English. Was not pleased that I had to pay $15 dollars at checkin when Super had also charged me $15 a week prior for what I don't know.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I BOOKED VIA THIS SITE FOR A HOTEL I PAID IN FULL FOR A HOTEL AND ON ARRIVAL WAS TOLD THEY HAD CANCELLED MY BOOKING. WE THEN HAD TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY. THEY RECEIVED FULL PAYMENT FIR THIS BOOKING. .

Fraud website
I believe they have a policy of no refunds even if the hotel agrees for a full refund. This website is just fraud

BAD REAL BAD PROVIDER! DONT USE THEM EVER
I would not recommend Super.com based on my experience. I hope they improve their customer service and take responsibility for resolving billing disputes. I contacted Super.com customer support to resolve the duplicate charge, but instead of properly investigating the issue, I was repeatedly redirected without any real solution. I had already confirmed that Super.com only processed the original payment, yet I received no meaningful help in resolving the duplicate billing issue. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially while traveling for business. A company handling customer payments should take responsibility, investigate billing issues properly, and provide timely support instead of making customers spend hours trying to recover money that was incorrectly charged.
