Completely took advantage of our family
This company completely ripped my family and me off. They advertised a price of $474, plus a $15 resort fee for the stay. However, when we arrived at the resort, we were charged over $109 in additional fees that were never disclosed to us. When we contacted customer service, they did not resolve the issue or make any effort to correct it. If you want to be overcharged and surprised with hidden fees, book through Super.com. I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
