Recorded the wrong color of filament
Recorded the wrong color of filament, when we received the order did not open each box to check color that was in side the box. We ordered red and grey was inside. The wanted the original shipping labeled and a picture of the box. I had trashed the box 2 weeks prior to needing to open the filament. Frustrating
