Avoid This Company – Misleading Reviews and Avoidant Customer Service
Most of the positive reviews for Nerdywave seem clearly fake. My experience has been the opposite of what those reviews claim. This company does not deliver on time, and when you ask a simple question about an estimated delivery date, they refuse to answer and instead send vague, canned responses. I ordered a sweater over three weeks ago for a Christmas party this week. It still hasn’t arrived, and customer service continues to reply with useless, AI-generated messages that avoid answering anything directly. This has been a complete waste of time. Do not buy from this company.
