Used Angi through Wayfair to assemble an armoire. I scheduled service for Friday at 11am only to find out that they (Angi) had scheduled service for 9pm. Upon calling, I was notified by an agent that it was cancelled because it was a "2 person job". Although annoyed with the lack of communication, We then rescheduled for Sunday at 11am with Daniel and John. On Sunday a very kind young man named Isaiah showed up. The second person never did! Again, there was NO communication about the change of service persons. There is NO way of even identifying the "pro" other than a name and number. At a time when people are often suspicious ---rightfully so---of those who might enter their homes, Angi pros have no identifying badge, cap or shirt---which should be required. There is clearly NO regard for customers OR the pros who have lost money due to the company's negligence. We will NOT use Angi for any service ever again!
