Absolutely the worst
Absolutely the worst! From 99% of my packages being delivered to another apartment, which I never get, to delays for missing packages. Their estimate time of arrival is never right! So don't expect to get your package on time, which makes having prime a waste of your money. They also like to sell USED items as NEW. I have bought several Blu Ray movies that have been shrink wrapped and not in their original cellophane, once opened you see nothing but scratches and smudges. I have had this happen so many times they are now requiring me to send in a photo ID to prove it's me, which I have denied since all the forementioned was their fault not mine. I have turn them into the BBB and to the State Attorney General, so I'm waiting to hear back from them. I Had packages today left at the wrong place, and I got an email stating they want ID before they will do anything about it... I'll be contacting them tomorrow for sure.
