Not as advertised
Just purchased a pair of oakley’s sunglasses from this e-commerce merchant. The product does not even look remotely like what was advertised on its catalogue. Furthermore, there is no option for a refund which makes this whole business pretty suspicious. Would like to speak with smart buy glasses about return options. Edit: Smartbuy glasses customer service was quick and efficient in initiating a refund. I am impressed. I have moderated my rating based on the customer service experience but still hope that the quality of smartbuyglasses’ products can be improved.
