Not a live webinar. pre-recorded, poor customer service
It was not a live webinar as advertised. None of my questions were answered, despite being told they would be addressed during the Q&A session. I was very disappointed to discover that a pre-recorded presentation was being presented as though it were a live webinar. I have also been unable to reach customer service. I called both yesterday and today, but no one returned my calls. I also emailed customer support and have not received any response. Unfortunately, my first impression of Prep Expert has not been a positive one. Transparency and responsive customer service are important, and this experience has fallen well short of my expectations.
