I recently bought a big Magic Mat from Miramate. Unfortunately, I connected the device up wrongly. I turned to the Support team at Miramate for help and was contacted by the wonderful, friendlyand helpful Tina, who patiently talked me through what I had done wrong. She was so helpful!
