Purchased two Umidigi F2 at same time. One works like a charm, the other often freezes. Both are using same plan on same network provider, at same place. So, there are some quality issues. Also, there's NO software or security updates AT ALL after released. Do not expect it, they won't come.
I was one of the winners of the Note 20 giveaway. Cubot made many promises within a couple of months but NEVER sent my prize to Brazil, despite I accomplished all the requirements they made. Not a trustable company.
Pros: Bought two Umidigi F2 on 11/11/2019. Gorgeous look, good hardware specs, 99% pure Android. Resonable photos, including at night. Not a bad phone, provided you take it for a discounted price. Downsides: Many software bugs on arrival, most of them solved within one year. Failure on earspeaker for WhatsApp calls remains until this very moment (2021). Support is very ineffective and ends too short. Do not expect more than dead-on-arrival units exchange. Do NOT expect ANY security patches after 3 months of model release or Android version updates. Will NOT GONNA HAPPEN, doesn't matter the model you purchase because Umidigi selling method is to "fire and forget". They simply release a "flagship" every month and move their work for next model two months later. This turns your phone in a 2-year life disposable unit. If you get a discounted price tag, it is a bang for the buck.
