Terrible Shipping Experience
I made a claim that I wanted a refund and to cancel the order within 24 hours of me ordering it, and communicated with them multiple times within the initial 48 hours. According to their stated policies that should have been enough, but they’d come up with anything to make sure I couldn’t get a refund. So they said if it had been shipped I no longer had 48 hours to make a claim, but according to tracking they hadn’t even begun the shipping process. I legitimately don’t think it’s possible to get a refund from them or to cancel any order, no matter how accidental or within any time frame. The costume did come after a long while, but it was cheap-feeling and exactly the reason I had immediately asked for a refund. I don’t recommend going with this company.
