Purchased the gear clock
Purchased the gear clock. Could not get it to work. Customer service was extremely time consuming, confusing, and described parts that did not exist. After 2 weeks worth of back and forth emails, and major aggravation, it was easier to throw it in the garbage. Would not spend another dollar on any mechanical products from this company. Horrible experience!!!
