Purchased 4 hats
Purchased 4 hats. Changed my mind within the hour and emailed to cancel the order using the support email address. It bounced back to me. I then went to Paypal and was given another email address. Sent my cancellation email there. Received no response. A couple of days later I received a shipping notice from China. The parcel was delivered from China in a flimsy box with 4 hats squashed on top of each other very crumpled. Bad experience and I intend to reclaim via card chargeback. Do yourselves a favour and order somewhere else.
