Scam. Refusing to refund money for items never shipped.
They claim my items were shipped on 3/13 but the tracking has not updated at all. I have contacted them multiple times and they refuse to refund me!! SCAM! I work for an e-commerce company so I know the ins and outs of shipping And they just continue to try to feed me BS. This rep advised I would be refunded if I hadn’t received my stuff by the 7th day which will be tomorrow, we’ll see what happens. Update 4/2 - So the package did finally ship, but it ended up being RTS’d (returned to shipper) as of 3/31 due to a delivery issue. I contacted the seller again to inform them I was home all day so I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t delivered. As it’s being returned I asked for my money AGAIN. And they still will not refund me lol. They’re telling me I have to wait 7-10 days to hear from someone else to determine if I can be refunded. Not sure if I should just cut my losses, Is $30 really worth all this? 😅
