Account restricted after I paid for the Scale plan, now won’t refund me
Just signed up for the scale plan costing $49, the next day they restricted my account and asked me to send them identification including my LinkedIn profile in order to prove I was a human. I told them to refund me instead, as the signup process before taking payment didn’t mention providing this level of detail. Installed without my consent, they downgraded my account.
