Moogold could not fulfill order and still charge for refund
I placed an order with moogold and the information stated delivery would be within 30 minutes. 20 hours later the order had still not been delivered. I contacted moogold live support (alison) who told me the providers server was experiencing issues, and that delivery time could not be estimated and I was to be patient. I asked for a refund, and was told I would be charged for the refund, even though it was because moogold could not fulfill my order in the timelines stated. On checking their website, they are still telling customers that delivery will be within 30 minutes.
