Ordered outfit for my mother paid a good bit extra for delivery. Once payment went through, nothing. Then an e mail came through to tell me its going to be next month. I kept e mailing them then I told them I wanted to cancel and get refund. They replied and said if I want a refund they will only give me 40% of what I paid. They are making the outfit already. I ordered a size 14 but they didnt require measurements. I thought a 14 was off the rack.I have now sent them 2 e mails asking what will happen if the outfit comes and does not fit? Still no answer from them. I still havent received the outfit. The outfit came and didnt fit so I returned it. They sent me out a bigger size all I had to ro was pay for delivery and it arrived very quickly. Obviously the first outfit was late and I had communication problems due to covid 19. I would rscommend buying from them the outfit is a really great fit and quality. Just make sure you measure and go by their size guide before ordering.
