Good Data Service
I puchased data, calls and text. The full plan was not available all the time. Calls and texts were not available when needed. Customer service which was a bot/AI was available but just kept going round in circles with thoughtless help. Requesting a representative was not readily answered. The data was shown available but the calls and text was greyed out. Perhaps this can be correctly applied by Airalo when purchasing all 3 choices...data, calls and texts. Also much time was wasted while trying to get to make a much needed phone call. Also, one needs to be a "techie" to work w bot/ ai and fix the issues thru ones own knowledge of using and fixing issues w phones.
