So so bad
So so bad , they charged me £30 without asking me to confirm nor letting me know I was subscribing to a direct debit they make it seem like it’s a one off payment then charge you randomly for nothing. I have emailed and hope I get my money back if not I will file a dispute with my bank either way I’m getting my money back!! Furthermore cancelling the account is even worse it takes you through so many circles and makes it very difficult and if you don’t read it properly you many end up paying more money again!!
