Horrible company
Horrible company! Bought my wife a gift on 2/4/2020 and did not get my product. Request refund which was accepted and processed but the money never got refunded to me. Initially was told it takes 7-14 business days. It is now 3-31-20 and still no money or any attempts on dresslily's behalf to resolve the issue. Do NOT purchase anything from this fraudulent company.
