Breville came through
After many years of our Breville Oracle machine it started having issues. Customer support walked me through how to send the machine in for evaluation and repairs. Once I got a quote and wrote back I had a personal call to explain the issues in layman terms and was treated VIP. I did get my same machine back in worse condition than I sent it (it was bizarre, unsure if something happened in shipping). Regardless, Breville service immediately replaced the machine since it was then under warranty for the repairs I paid for. Even though, there was unexpected issues. I was always responded to quickly and five star service. We are now enjoying how espresso beverages again.
