Terrible service so far
Terrible service so far. I have ordered curtain and Roman blinds but have still not received the items or an ETA on when they will arrive despite asking 8 times. The customer service is very poor and I am left chasing constantly for updates, with a lack of response and emails going unanswered. Much of their online marketing clearly states a 1-3 week turnaround for made to measure, but this is misleading in my experience. I was told the Roman order blind was never put through after a month had passed, but still not update on when they would arrive. I explained throughout that timings were important as I'm heavily pregnant and needed the blinds installed before I give birth, which now won't happen. For a company which presents itself as high end (and is expensive) the customer service is awful and stressful. They have taken payment in full upfront and I still have no idea when or whether these curtains will ever arrive. Wish I'd opted for something else. I would save your money and avoid!
