Ruined vacation
Ruined vacation. Arrive to hotel and they say they never got the booking. Apparently, Agoda used Booking.com to book the hotel?!? Three hours on the phone with Agoda, they acknowledge the problem and send me to a different part of town. Another hour to get money back, but they refused to give back the cancellation fee. Never again.
