They are fine when there's no problems, but the second there's an issue, they're utter rubbish and totally spineless. Currently trying to change my non smoking room because they've put me next to a smoking room and the smoke comes into my room. For reference, I struggle with asthma. The hotel refuse to change my room and Agoda have just given up
