LiveAgent is the main portal that I conduct my daily workflow in communication with our customers. Having all means of connection with clients in a single place makes it easy for me to organize my day-to-day tasks. The feature of emails such as canned messages and predefined answers saves a lot of time and speeds up our responses. What I especially like is to have ticket numbers for each call/email or chat that allows us to make a search easily when it is necessary.
