They will take your money, not despatch on time and not let you cancel
I have brought from GW direct on numerous occasions without issue. For the Old World Pre Orders they have failed to despatch my order a week after the release date. The real kicker is that they won't let you cancel the order! They tell me their 'system' doesn't allow them to cancel an order once its started. I can't understand a company that takes your money, fails to despatch products on time and then refuses to return your money. Do yourself a favour and get your models from an independent stockist.
