I don't understand how this company has such amazing reviews. Clearly most of these reviews are fake and bought, paid actors. I can't be the only one noticing their predatory practice of NOT informing you that there's another $25 charge required only after you pay the $9.99 required fee? Nowhere in their description do they tell you that after purchasing the virtual mailbox that you will then be required to purchase another $25 notary. And then after paying their Ransom, you're required to wait 48 to 72 hours... It's been 48 hours since I've made this payment and I still haven't got any confirmation for a notary that was required mind you none of this was told to you upon sign up this is a super predatory company that's main goal is to take your money no matter the inconvenience. I would honestly steer clear of all virtual mailboxes through this company or any that doesn't clearly specify that you will be required to pay and additional 25$ after the original fee. This is predatory practices at their finest I would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely no customer service land of the robots their partners act is if they know nothing they wouldn't do the notary for free like it said they would do online or for a small fee they charged me over the $15 Nevada limit. 72 hours later nothing avoid this company like the plague
