Incorrect Booking
We made a 2 night booking in a Deluxe partial Seaview room, with breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, there was 2 separate bookings for each night, one with breakfast and the other without, and a totally different room with a partial pool view! We had to re-sign in on the 2nd day and get new keys. Tried to contact Agoda, but no response. Booking ID 1933971891 Reference ID DD-2509111246539023
