Very difficult to navigate the DHGate…
Very difficult to navigate the DHGate web-site. When I checked out, there was no place to enter the coupon code, back and forth email to supplier not in a timely manner. Showed price for large quantity, but when I went to order, they had only 3 quantity in stock. Below it says please provide us with the order number to check the status. I have done that and we went back and forth 5 times before I gave up. They don't answer a simple yes or no question, just a canned "your order is on the way" Really lousy appalling customer service.
