Prompt and Helpful Customer Service
TLDR: Their customer service was great and the mistake made on my order was taken care of within a couple days with no arguments or anymore hiccups. I ordered RPM Pods and Coils for a Fetch Mini about a month ago. The coils were correct, but I was sent pods for a Standard RPM device that wouldn't fit mine. I responded to the email I had received to let them know and within a day received a response asking for more pictures of everything I received. Within a day of sending more pictures, they responded that they would send me the correct pods and to keep the incorrect ones. Here we are about a week and a half after that and I have received the correct pods and I have pods for a device I may try eventually. I have no complaints.
