No way to get money back from them or even use a credit to shop
Had a credit left over from prior purchase attempts and they have made it impossible to use the credit. First they said they couldn't "test the item once it arrived to make sure it worked," then when I said send it anyway, they said they the item was too difficult to ship and to wait until the covid crisis is over. When will that be, I wonder. They obviously have no intention of letting me use the credit (several hundred dollars)
