I’ve had an ongoing issue where I ordered size 13 sneakers on two separate occasions, but received size 9 both times. Resolving this problem has been extremely difficult, and getting a refund has proven just as frustrating. On top of that, reaching Customer Service is a challenge—you often have to wait a long time before anyone gets back to you, and even then, it’s usually through a delayed message. I hope this matter can be addressed more efficiently moving forward.
