Low quality, stained, (fairly) bad customer support

Gave me a hoodie that was much lower quality than the picture. It even had a stain on it. I only just got a reply from customer support when I told them about it 4 months ago. They offered me a 10USD coupon for their store which is useless when I will never buy there again. I wrote a review for the product when I got it which was 2 stars but now I wish it was 1. Mysteriously the review never appeared on the product's page and still to this day the only reviews visable on there are 4 or 5 stars. If you are ever in doubt about one of their products then check the scores because I can almost guarentee there won't be one that is 3 or below. My review is copied below since it can't be found on their website. In the 4 months since I got it I have actually not worn it at all and no longer think the design is even enough to save it from 1 star: [Start of review] Cool design but rather disappointing First off this design is very cool and I do like it however there have been quite a few issues with it that have left me disappointed. I may still wear this but only infrequently and not in public much. The first thing I noticed was that the material wasn't very good for the hoodie. This can't be seen in the product pictures (I will get back to this) but the material is very shiny and smooth and isn't particuarly comfortable, especially against bare skin if you are wearing a short sleeved t-shirt underneath. It's also really thin and feels pretty cheap. The only nice bit of material in it is the inside of the hood which is a softer. Overall it makes it seem more like a raincoat than a hoodie but it probably wouldn't keep you very dry. Another thing that is that the stitching is really obvious since it is black thread on a white background. I didn't remember seeing this on the product images and sure enough when I checked it wasn't. It is really clear that the product images are not of the actual thing you receive since the stitching doesn't match, the front pocket is completely different and the positioning of the design is slightly different on each one, most obviously seen by looking at the front black dot and the part where the white and black meet at the bottom being both offset from the images. The nail is the coffin is that when it arrived it had a small brown-orange stain on the back of it which means I will have to wash it immediately. This just goes to show how this is a cheap product and hasn't had much care put into it. I don't feel this was worth the £20 I payed for it (it was on sale and I can't imagine ever paying £35 for it!). The nice design on it was the only thing I actually liked about it and if it wasn't for that or if anything was worse it would've gotten 1 star. I am considering a refund. I'm unlikely to shop at dresslily again due to the complete different between the advertised product and actual thing for this high of a price. [End of review] After receiving a reply I have explicitly told then not to bother me again. They have nothing more to say to me and nothing more to offer me. The only thing left is for me to make this review since they wouldn't let me do it on their own 'reviews'. UPDATE: They contacted me again with an offer of a full refund/donation of the full price without returning the item. They were unable to make my requested donation so I received a full refund and donated it to charity. This was great of them but keep in mind I complained about this 4 months before they responded, only offered this when I made a public review and my review on their website is still not visible.
