Do not use this absolutely scam 🤬 platform, they just get your money and never bother to refund properly even if the flight has been cancelled by the airline. Call center non existent, only chat was working and it is not even showing now , They refunded my money as voucher promising to refund to original method later what is wrong with you guys why don't you refund as cash directly?? You guys are taking advantage to make more money as possible. I will sue and report you guys to MACPC for violating MACPC policies and consumer protection laws very soon tomorrow if you don't refund my money as cash. Real Thieves, what the hell!!

This bank is absolutely ridiculous, a real joke honestly , I have wasted over a month with these guys merely trying to open a bank account and they have been lying for a month as if they are working on it while they do nothing at all in reality. What kind of bank account creation takes over a month and not created. Am I opening a Royal Impossible bank account?? Totally absurd. They call at whatever time they want to pretend they are handling the issue but if handled why just not reply by email?? Try to call all the time and no answer when call back?? I request immediate resolution for this and compensation!!!
