Not going to buy on shopee anymore
Not going to buy on shopee anymore , even china taobao is more honest and direct for all parties than a local app. Sgd4k being held ransom after refund, a consequnence of seller (a pte ltd) shortshipped and declared full delivery. On a refund , with tedious proof required, while returning the packages in their shipped form (if not better) was rejected a full refund . It is bad that newcomers like me is being manipulated by the loopholes of the app while shoppee is giving "help" for a complete refund. Thousands of dollars . No more buy on shoppee
