Really wish I'd read these reviews… a very costly mistake
I really wish I'd read these reviews before I purchased from Leelys. I've just started the returns process and I can already tell it's going to be a total NIGHTMARE. They've offered me a refund of less than 10% of the value of my order (so £20 refund on a £230 order) to not return the dresses... or I have to return them to the US at my own cost and then they'll do some kind of inspection and then maaaybe refund me. The dresses also took so much longer to arrive than their website indicated... so they were not with me in time for the event I bought them for. They were also too small. Hence the return. I have used other sites similar to Leelys and had a great experience so didn't think this would be any different... sadly, I am very mistaken. The quality of the dresses is fine but be sure the size and style will absolutely fit you first time if you do decide to buy. I really would recommend a UK based retailer though with a clear returns policy and good reviews. Blow-by-blow UPDATE: they are now refusing to even give me the returns address! They want me to take a 27% refund or 100% on credit with their shop. Like I'd ever buy from them again...
