Beware
A rare occasion I did not check reviews here before ordering a pair of garden shoes. They arrived promptly and look good quality but do not fit. Now the company has ignored repeated requests for a return as per their stated terms. It is always so disappointing when a potentially good supplier let's down new customers with poor systems, service and refusal to keep to agreements, It erodes all trust, and they ultimately lose customers. /// I just saw the response below since I posted the review above. Absolute rubbish. After threatening action as they weren't responding they eventually tried offering a 20% refund and to keep the key the item to donate to charity. That's after they first made me send pictures to show they were unused They have not sent a return label when I declined their grimy proposal. I'm now taking further advice on action. Do not do near this company. And Trust pilot, you are in need is verify follow up service messages designed to fake customer care
